Marketing / Customer Engagement

As businesses continue to strive for new and innovative ways to engage with their customers, it's becoming increasingly important to find tools that make this happen in a seamless, hassle-free way. That's where FacePop comes in.

What is FacePop?

FacePop is a customizable video widget designed to enhance customer interaction and engagement. With tailored call-to-action modes for optimized engagement and conversion, seamless funneling for creating an uninterrupted customer journey, and an integrated input field for easy email collection, FacePop takes customer interaction to the next level.

But that's not all. The platform also offers an integrated calendar booking feature, extensive customization options, and user targeting based on specific criteria. With an AI assistant for crafting compelling messages, behavior settings to adjust the widget's functionality, a shared workspace for team collaboration, and comprehensive performance reports for data-driven decision-making, FacePop is a game-changer in the world of video widgets.

Getting Started with FacePop

To start using FacePop, simply sign up for an account and log in. From here, you'll be taken to the dashboard welcome page, where you can upload a video to use as your widget. You can edit the title and description of your widget on this page as well.

Next, head over to the manager page to edit, create, or delete your FacePop widgets. You can also access the call-to-action builder page from here, which is where you'll create the different call-to-action modes for your widget.

Building Call-to-Action Modes

When it comes to call-to-action modes, FacePop gives you plenty of options. You can add funneling call-to-action modes, which include buttons to connect to another FacePop or redirect to a URL on click. You can also add a button to open a URL in full screen inside the widget as an iframe. The conversion call-to-action modes include buttons to open a calendar for booking and to collect email addresses, as well as a text input field used for capturing data and connecting with buttons. Other call-to-action modes include buttons to run code on click and to close the FacePop widget on click.

Once you've added your call-to-action modes, you can customize them using the CTA button settings, redirect to URL settings, open URL in full screen as iframe settings, calendar booking settings, email collector settings, text input settings, and run code settings.

Customizing Your Widget

With FacePop, you have the ability to customize every aspect of your widget. The look and feel settings page allows you to adjust the position of the widget on the page, add shadow settings, and adjust the vertical and horizontal margin. You can toggle the width, height, and radius, and show/hide the play icon and close icon. The player width, height, radius, seeker height, and controls size can also be customized, as well as the minimize icon choices.

The color studio settings page allows you to change all colors of FacePop elements with color input fields, with color suggestions available to make the process even easier. The font studio settings page allows you to change the font of FacePop from 200+ fonts and change font sizes for all text elements.

Other Customization Options

In addition to customizing the look and feel of your widget, FacePop also allows you to adjust its behavior. The behavior settings page allows you to set whether the widget is muted or unmuted by default, and the player position can be centered or toggled to your preference.

If you have coding skills, the custom code page is where you can insert custom CSS and JS to run directly inside FacePop. You can also enable/disable FacePop branding, build usage reports and analytics, set the FacePop zIndex, and access the FacePop ID.

Sharing Your Widget

Once you've customized your widget to your liking, it's time to get it out into the world. The get link settings page allows you to get your FacePop as a link, without embedding it in a website. You can also add a CNAME to customize the domain of FacePop links.

The QR code settings page allows you to get a QR code for this FacePop so customers can open the FacePop widget without embedding it. And with the instant embed settings page, you can connect your website and add an embed condition based on scroll depth, time on page, exit intent, device, or country.

Integrations and Webhooks

FacePop also offers integrations with popular email services like Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Notion, Mailjet, Mailerlite, and ActiveCampaign, and more. You can view them all on the email collection integrations page.

If you're looking to take things one step further, the webhook settings page allows you to create webhooks for events like watching FacePop, finished watching FacePop, visitor converted, email collected, and FacePop closed. The webhook logs page shows you the response status of all webhooks that fired for your FacePop.

Using AI for Compelling Messages

If writing compelling messages isn't your strong suit, FacePop has got you covered with its AI content writer page. Just describe your goal, and the AI assistant will help you craft the perfect message. It's that easy.

Conclusion

With its comprehensive features and extensive customization options, FacePop is a game-changer when it comes to customer engagement and video widgets. By using the tools provided by the platform, businesses can take their customer interactions to the next level and stand out from the competition.
