In today's fast-paced digital world, customers want quick solutions to their problems. A company that offers a fast and reliable solution to their customers' needs is bound to succeed. One key aspect of customer service is engagement. Companies that engage their customers often see a boost in customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sales. One way to engage customers is through the use of customizable video widgets like FacePop.

FacePop is a tool that enhances customer interaction and engagement by enabling companies to create customizable video widgets. These widgets can be tailored to specific call-to-action modes for optimized engagement and conversion. They also offer seamless funneling for creating an uninterrupted customer journey. In this article, we'll explore how FacePop can be used to create a seamless user experience for customers.

Start Engaging Your Customers with FacePop

FacePop is a tool designed to help businesses create engaging video widgets for their customers. Its homepage, depicted in Figure 1: FacePop Homepage, offers extensive customization options and user targeting based on specific criteria. Companies can use it to create personalized widgets that can be shared beyond their website through links or QR codes.

The pricing page, shown in Figure 2: FacePop Pricing Page, offers a range of packages, making it suitable for businesses of all sizes. Companies can select a package based on their requirements. These packages offer a variety of features, including performance reports for data-driven decision-making.

Customers trust reviews when looking for products or services. The reviews page, shown in Figure 3: FacePop Reviews Page, allows businesses to showcase their customers' feedback that can help inspire further trust among potential customers.

In this article, we'll explore these features and how they can be used to create a seamless user experience for customers.

Facilitating an Uninterrupted Customer Journey with FacePop

Creating an uninterrupted customer journey is critical for businesses looking to engage customers. Through FacePop, businesses can create customized video widgets that can seamlessly funnel customers from one page to the next. The integrated input field makes email collection a breeze. Additionally, businesses can use the calendar booking feature to schedule consultations, showings, or meetings with potential customers.

Once logged in, businesses are directed to the dashboard welcome page, shown in Figure 6: FacePop Dashboard Welcome Page, where they can upload a video and edit the widget's title and description.

The manager page, shown in Figure 8: FacePop Manager, Edit, Create and Delete FacePop Widgets Page, enables businesses to manage their widgets effectively. Businesses can create, delete, and edit widgets.

Call-to-Action Modes that Optimize Engagement and Conversion

Engagement and conversion are critical in driving user experience. FacePop allows businesses to create tailored call-to-action modes that optimize engagement and conversion. These call-to-action modes can take various forms, including redirecting readers to another facepop, opening a URL in full screen inside the widget, booking a calendar, collecting email addresses, displaying a text input field, and initiating a custom action.

The call-to-action builder page, shown in Figure 9: FacePop Call-to-Action Builder Page, allows you to create CTA buttons.

Businesses can also add various funneling call-to-action modes, as shown in Figure 10: FacePop Add Funneling Call-to-Action Mode - Button Connect to Another FacePop - Button Redirect to URL on Click - Button to Open URL in Full Screen Inside Widget as iFrame. These funneling modes allow users to connect to another FacePop, redirect to a URL on click, or open a URL in full screen inside the widget as an iframe.

With conversion-focused call-to-action modes, businesses can book a calendar, collect email addresses, and even initiate a custom action, as shown in Figure 11: FacePop Add Conversion Call-to-Action Mode - Button to Open Calendar for Booking - Button to Collect E-mail Addresses - Text Input Field Used for Capturing Data and Connecting with Buttons.

FacePop also offers other call-to-action modes, including a button to run codes on click and a button to close this FacePop widget on click, as shown in Figure 12: FacePop Add Other Call-to-Action Modes - Button to Run Code on Click - Button to Close This FacePop Widget on Click.

Businesses can also edit the CTA button settings, including text, height, style, icon, and color, as shown in Figure 13: FacePop CTA Button Settings - Edit Button Text, Height, Style, Icon, Colors.

The redirect to URL settings allow businesses to edit URLs and choose to open them in a new window or the same window, as shown in Figure 14: FacePop CTA Redirect to URL Settings - Edit URL, Edit Target (Open New Window, Same Window).

The open URL setting can enable businesses to edit URLs that will be opened in a full screen inside the widget, as shown in Figure 15: FacePop CTA Open URL in Full Screen as iFrame Settings - Edit URL.

Calendar booking settings allow businesses to insert a calendar URL, Calendly URL, or the URL of all third-party calendars that give a URL, as shown in Figure 16: FacePop CTA Calendar Booking Settings - Insert Calendar URL - Insert Calendly URL - Insert URL of All Third Party Calendars That Give You a URL.

Moreover, email collecting settings allow businesses to collect email addresses from visitors and send them to integration drop-downs of their choice. Additionally, businesses can edit success messages, as shown in Figure 17: FacePop CTA Email Collector Settings - Select Integration Dropdown - Edit Success Message - Insert URL of All Third Party Calendars That Give You a URL.

The text input settings can be used to insert input element IDs, whether the input is required or not, type, placeholder, and style and color settings, as shown in Figure 18: FacePop CTA Text Input Settings - Insert Input Element ID - Is Input Required - Type, Placeholder, Style, Color Settings.

Moreover, FacePop allows businesses to run a specific code, as shown in Figure 19: FacePop CTA Run Code Settings - Code to Run Field.

Personalize Your Widget with Customizable Look-and-Feel Settings

FacePop offers extensive customization options, making it ideal for businesses depending on their branding needs. The look-and-feel setting page, shown in Figure 21: FacePop Look and Feel Settings Page - Position in Page, Shadow Settings, Vertical and Horizontal Margin - Toggle Width, Height, Radius, Show/Hide Play Icon, Show/Hide Close Icon - Player Width, Height, Radius, Seeker Height, Controls Size, Minimize Icon Choices, allows businesses to adjust the position, shadow settings, vertical and horizontal margin, width, height, radius, show/hide play icon, show/hide close icon, player width, height, radius, seeker height, controls size, and minimize icon choices.

The color studio setting page, shown in Figure 22: FacePop Color Studio Settings Page - Change All Colors of FacePop Elements with Color Input Fields - Color Suggestions, allows businesses to change the color of any FacePop element. Additionally, it provides color suggestions to help businesses come up with the perfect color scheme.

The font studio allows businesses to change the font of the widget, with over 200 font options, as shown in Figure 23: FacePop Font Studio Settings Page - Change Font of FacePop from 200+ Fonts - Change Font Sizes for All Text Elements.

Behavior settings can be used to adjust the widget's default settings, including muting or unmuting it. You can also choose to center the player or use the toggle to control it, as shown in Figure 24: FacePop Behavior Settings Page - Default widget is Muted/Unmuted, Player Position is Centered/At Toggle.

Additionally, FacePop offers a custom code page, where businesses can insert custom CSS and JavaScript to run directly inside the widget, as shown in Figure 25: FacePop Custom Code Page - Insert Custom CSS and JS to Run Directly Inside FacePop.

Other settings include enabling or disabling FacePop branding, generating usage reports and analytics, providing a FacePop ID, and choosing the FacePop z-index, as shown in Figure 26: FacePop Other Settings Page - Enable/Disable FacePop Branding - Build Usage Reports and Analytics - FacePop z-index - FacePop ID.

Effortlessly Share Your Widget Beyond Your Website

FacePop provides businesses various options to share their videos beyond their website through links or QR codes, as shown in Figure 27: FacePop Get Link Settings Page - Get this FacePop as a Link, without Embedding in Website - Button to Add a CNAME so You can Customize the Domain of FacePop Links.

The Get Link setting page also offers the CNAME feature, which allows businesses to customize the domain of FacePop links. The "Add CNAME" button leads to a modal that asks the user to enter the CNAME record facepop-share.b-cdn.net and click next, shown in Figure 28: FacePop Get Link Settings Page, Modal, Step 1 After You Click Add CNAME Button - Asks the User to Enter CNAME Record: facepop-share.b-cdn.net and Click Next.

The modal then asks the user to input the custom domain that they've added the CNAME record for, as shown in Figure 29: FacePop Get Link Settings Page, Modal, Step 2, After You Click Add CNAME Button - Asks the User to Enter the Custom Domain that They've Added the CNAME Record for.

If the domain entered does not have a CNAME record pointing to facepop-share.b-cdn.net, the user will see an error message, as shown in
