Giving the AI an Identity
Hello there! 👋
One of the cool things about Answerly is you can give the AI an identity all its own, and make it just like a real person!
You can find all these options inside the Chatbot's setting page:
Business Name
Describe your business in this field. This will be the official workplace or the brand that the AI represents.
👉 The AI will refer to this business when asked who it works for.
Assistant Name
This is where you can give your AI assistant a name. So, instead of being a faceless, nameless entity, your AI assistant can introduce themselves by a name to your customers to make the interaction more personal.
The name becomes part of the AI assistant. Even when you ask the assistant "what is your name", they will respond with the name you've chosen.
Assistant Personality
This is where the real fun begins. 🎉 You get to choose the kind of personality your AI projects, from a drop-down menu.
This will influence how your AI answers questions and interacts with users. Want your AI to sound professional? Choose "Professional". Or do you want it to be more friendly? Choose "Friendly".
Voila! That's all there is to it. Just like that, your AI assistant now has a personality of its own! 😊 Don't forget to save your settings before you leave the page!
